    hello if you have an option with an MBA and job
    , then the best option is to choose the JOB only because,

    ~The job will give necessary practical knowledge and will give good exposure of things.

    ~you will many new concepts abiut the software skills, or in which the domain you are working will be entertained
    .

    ~you will get good amount for the work you have done, and you will get good exposure the necessary items.

    ~After say you worked for the two years in an company and to an MBA you will get good post in the company and you will get better salaries.

    ~so its always better to have an join so that in the later stage you will have an edge,your place will be confirmed in the future and you will get better amount of knowledge.

    ~Mba should be done in top institutes like the IIMs where you need to write the CAT exam,for that you need to work hard.

    Hi,
    This is really serious problem you have i would suggest you to go with your Job, if have some experience in your pocket so MBA is much easy to understand as well it is well structured your career too. As you told that you have been selected in banking sector so MBA in finance is good option for you and if you get some good experience would be mild stone in your career.
    this is my personal experience which i suggest you because without experience you didn't get good opportunity after MBA as I survive with the same problem.

    Hi shivram,

    Congratz for your job!! I would suggest you to take up the job and also do your MBA in Banking by PART TIME OR CORRESPONDENCE MODE. You can get both experience and build your career for better positions in banking sector ,so that it will help you upgrade yourself in both ways. Good luck.

    Hi shivaram,

    My dear friend, i suggest you to do job and have some practical exposure in the banking field and even continue your studies that is MBA through correspondence if time permits u to do so. if u want to stick to only ISBR banglore institute only then i'l suggest u one thing if u are financial good and if the conditions supports you, you do ur MBA at that institute so that you will get more number of career opportunities than the present one ...any how at last the decision depends on you so think twice while taking decision and don't listen to others listen to your heart if you are in a confused mode...

    all the very best...

    hey......

    thinking of this generation people is now leading in such a way that they face lots of troubles to generate their life in future.........

    coming to the point of you,the way of thinking is right whether to go for job or to opt for MBA.........I firstly prefer you to have a good job because to attain some experience in the field of business whether you can sustain that situations that conditions in future or not

    also the conditions that you can attain to establish you own company
    getting all this in 2-3 years of work experience then you can have MBA in top most reputed institutes and worlds best b-schools

    the only thing you have to do is get work experience till you satisfy the work and then pursue your MBA

    to get into top best b-schools the exams you have to attain are......

    1.CAT=COMMON APTITUDE TEST

    2.GMAT=GRADUATE MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST

    these 2 exams are conducted by the Indian institute of management to get fit into worlds best and top b-schools

    CAT is the exam conducted for IIM`s and best management institutes.......where work experience is not required

    where as for GMAT you should definitely have a work experience of 2-3 years for the eligibility of entrance exam

    hoping for the best in future

    Dear friend,

    Doing job will be the best decision for you. You can do MBA in correspondence while doing job. Now-a-days getting job is very difficult in banks like SBI so no need to leave such a great opportunity. Here is the list of few Universities which are providing MBA in distance course

    I.G.N.O.U

    Sikkim Manipal University

    Algappa University

    ICFAI

    Symbiosis

    Amity e.t.c.

    All the Best
