First i inform you that Diploma course is not equivalent to the graduation course. To appear in the MBA entrance examination , for that you need the graduation degree in any discipline from a recognize University.

So i advise you to first do the graduation course and then you will be eligible for the MBA course. I think that after completing diploma course the B.Tech course is batter for you. You can take admission in the direct 2nd year of B.tech course through lateral entry examination. So, first do the graduation course and then think about MBA.

    MBA eligibility :

    - You must finish your under graduate degree from recognized university.
    - You must HAVE 50 % and sc / st 45% graduation.

To appear in the MBA entrance examination like
    - CAT
    - MAT
    - XAT
    - TANCET

    Hi friend,
Eventhough you have 3yr diploma course you are not eligible for doing MBA why because MBA requires a graduation from a recognized univeristy. As diploma will not replaces a degree so you are not eligible for pursuing MBA. So try to have a degree and then join for MBA.

Sorry you are not eligible for MBA after Diploma, It is not considered a Graduation and Graduation is the basic Eligibility for MBA.

You need to be graduate with minimum 50% in either stream from recognized university and there is relaxation if you are belong to SC/ST category.

You should have the entrance exam score card in either CAT/MAT/XAT exam.

    Good Luck....
