No, Not at all there is no any need of Work experience if you want to go 2 Years full time MBA as a fresher. Yes there is an MBA which is called Executive MBA in which work experience is needed. There is minimum 2 years work experience needed for Executive MBA. But MBA for fresher there is no any work experience needed.

You have to go for CAT examination for getting admission in IIM and IITM. IITM website admits quality students means, the students who can pass CAT examination with very good percentile. The students should also have 60% and above marks in Graduation with any stream from a recognized university or CGPA 8 to 10 for IIT graduates.

You can go for Indian Institute of Technology Madras for MBA admission, but for it you have to show your quality. You have to score good in CAT examination which accepted by IIT Madras. If they accept your application with valid CAT score then they will call you.

After that you have to face Group discussions and Interview test, you have to score good in these examinations too. After that if you have done your best and come in Merit list of IIT Madras then you can get admission in IIT Madras for MBA. Best of luck.
