Some Institutes offers MBA in Hotel Management and you can do it because of your work experience in Hotel. You can also go for HR MBA i.e. MBA in Human Resource.

HR job is not quite different in your Hotel job because HR is responsible for the attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees. HR education also comes by way of professional associations, which offer training and certification.

You will also go for Master in Hotel Management which is offered by approx all universities. MHA i.e. Master in Hotel Administration is also an option for you.

    Dear pal,
    • Most of the universities provide hotel management along with the tourism which is a good discipline as tourism has become a major source of income for a country and also foreign people are attracted much to India which will help you earn more.
    • The course helps you to understand the structure of the tourism and they working nature of it . The various languages associated with it. The various strategies associated with hotel management and tourism are studied .
    • The [COLOR="DarkOliveGreen"] duration of the course is two years which includes eighteen subjects starting from marketing, Human resource and business [COLOR="DarkOliveGreen"] .
    • The practical or lab classes include working in the kitchen production, restaurant training, computer class, training bar, bakery and other items,
    • After the completion of the course you have job opportunities available at the various tourism department, restaurant, airlines etc.
    • So you can choose to do hotel management

    Hi,

Dear since you possess hotel industry specialisation and also seems interested in the field, I can suggest you to take
either MBA in Hospitality Management or MBA in any other service related subjects like Marketing, HR etc courses.

As also your work experience (if you show), then your work background will be Hospitality sector then if you study in
the similar field only you may shine better.

So I suggest you to take MBA in Hospitality / Hotel Management specialisation accordingly.

    best of luck..
