If you want to in teaching line then you can do MA. After MA you cannot go through professional line but you can go for professor line. You are writing that you have done BA vocational. If your university is fully affiliated to ugc and dec then you can do MA from a good universities like DU, JNU, BHU, Aligarh Muslim University etc. You have to give GATE exam for it or the exam conducted by universities.

If you want to go through professional line then you can do MBA in HR i.e. Human Resource Management. This field of MBA is specially made for Arts student. You will not to read about the finance or other commerce subject. HR management is like Arts type course in which you have to read about how to manage workers or staff or Labour in the company. In any company there are valuation and demand of HR manager and its package is minimum 1.5 lakes rupees annually.

Otherwise if you want to go to MA then this field is also better but this gives you opportunity in only one line which is teaching field then you should do B.Ed. for high school teachers and PhD for College professor. Also you have to give the UGC-NET exam in which you will go for the Lecturer line in any govt. colleges. For details of ugc net exam click here
