    Hello friend !!

The best in CS and MBA is CS.

Because, MBA is the commonly opted course by many of the Indians, but where as CS only few people will choose.

Hence the demand, Scope and Market of CS will be good when compared to MBA.

    Scope of CS :

A qualified company secretary has many openings in Employment and can also practice as an Independent Professional .

Practising Company Secretaries have also been recognized to appear before various Tribunals such as Company Law Board, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, Competition Commission of India, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Forums, Tax Tribunals etc.

Recently, the Reserve Bank of India has recognized the Practising Company Secretaries to undertake Diligence Report for Banks.

Company secretary has a great scope of employment in Private companies, consulting firms, financial institutions, banks, Department of company affairs and other regulatory bodies.

A qualified company secretary is enough to take up wide range of responsibilities in legal, secretarial, finance, accounts, personnel and administrative departments of companies and are involved in major decisions such as formulating long and short term corporate policies and programmes.

Their other responsibilities include incorporation, managing public issues, act as internal legal advisor and representative, process inter-corporate loans and investments, maintain company's records, take care of company's tax planning, tax management, tax returns, explore expansion opportunities, arrange collaborations, amalgamations, joint ventures within and outside India etc

There are 3 stages in CS , they are named as :

    Foundation Programme ,
    Executive Programme ,
    Professional Programme .

Eligibility for CS course : You must be a Graduate with maths and science as your Graduation subjects.

    Good Luck in CS !!

    Hii Friend,
Since MBA is Master degree and minimum qualification required to appear in any MBA exam is Graduation.

So you have to first be graduate and then you can apply for MBA entrance exams and to appear for MBA exam then you have to complete your BTech degree with at least of 50% marks and in grading system you have to must your CGPA above 6 then you are eligible to appear for same.

Talking about MBA specialization so there are many specialization in MBA here i listed some of those-
    MBA in Finance
    MBA in Health (Pharmaceuticals)
    MBA in Consultancy
    MBA in Information Technology
    MBA in Telecommunications
    MBA in Media
    MBA in Services
    MBA in Hospital Management

And if we see that which one is best then my answer is all are best you just need to study well and try to score high in your field you will get good future.

But in today time finance sector has more demand comparison to other sectors...so in my opinion you can go for Finance sector..Banks will offer you handsome packagesÖ

Re: What should i opt in between CS and MBA? Scope of CS and MBA?

    Hello friend

Though you should go for the course you are interested in .

Still if you ask between the choice of CS and MBA.I would suggest you to go for CS after your 12th .

The reason behind this is that CS is having greater scope. After every few students, you can find an MBA but CS is not so common till now.So it has a greater scope.

Also it is more suitable if you want to go for it after your 12th because MBA is more beneficial if it is done after graduation. So i suggest you to go for CS.

The details of the course are as follows:

The COmpany Secretary is a senoir position in a private or a public organization. It is a managerial position or even above .

The CS is responsible for the efficient administration of a company specially in the field of ensuring the statutory requirements and for ensuring that the decisions of the Board of Directors are well implemented.

ELIGIBILITY: The students from any stream who are done with their 12th can join.So all the students from Arts,Commerce,Science are eligible except students of fine arts .

    Thanks
