Simple answer to your question - Prepare yourself for UPSC exam for Civil Services.

The eligibility criteria for IAS / Civil Service is Graduation with pass marks.

    My recommendation -

As from your question it can be clearly understood that you are not interested for MBA.

As you are interested for IAS , go for Civil Service without any doubt.

I would suggest that if you are interested in Maters degree, choose a subject which you can take for your UPSC Civil service exam Optional paper.

    Last advice -

Along with Civil Service exam , prepare yourself for Banking services and other govt. exams such as Railways, SSC etc as course structure and question pattern is 90% similar.

To get into civil service is very tough. So if you prepare for Banking services and other services along with it , these services will play as a back up for you.

    Good Luck
