CA Course is conducted by ICA in three stages and they are:
    CPT
    IPCC
    Final

You can get direct admission in the IPCC stage if you meet the any one of the below two conditions:

    >> For Graduates who are from Non Commerce stream ie B.SC/B/BTECH etc , if they have scored more than 60% marks in Graduation, they get exemption from appearing in the CPT exams

    >> For the Graduates who have done their B.COM they need to score minimum aggregate of 55% marks in B.COM to get exemption from appearing in the CPT exams and also they need to have studied atleast 3 papers from the below list of papers.
    Accounting,
    Auditing,
    Mercantile Laws,
    Corporate Laws,
    Economics,
    Management including Financial Management,
Taxation including Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws etc.,
    Costing,
    Business Administration,
    Management Accounting

If you do not fulfill the above two conditions than you have to start with the CPT stage.

I would suggest that after completing your MBA finance you should look for jobs rather than do the CA course as CA course will take another 3-4 years time
