    Re: What is MBA?

    Hello,
Well this is a highly subjective question. If you ask an MBA student, he will answer that MBA is a subject which gives a high salaried job at the end of the course(if proper campus recruitment procedure is done). If you ask an MBA teacher, he or he will say that it is a domain in management genre that includes management of any any every subject in proper business and beneficial aspect. For you the answer can be in both prospects. As student you must want a subject that is
overly helpful in getting a good job and above all sustaining it. But as an employee when you are practically at an MBA job, you will have to gain more first hand experiences and merge them
with your educational abilities to mix business and benefits to the entire world at one platform with minimum hassles. You did
not mention the genre that you have done your graduation in.
If you had then I would have suggested more efficiently the
genres of MBA that will benefit your more, being in close relation with your genre of graduation. But still I would suggest that make the most of your graduation domain and score higher than 50-55%. Then you can go for MBA in IT or MBA in Biotechnology or MBA in Insurance Management or
MBA in Retail or MBA in SCM or MBA in Systems or MBA in Operations and many more. Before applying for any MBA be sure to clear any entrance examination of MBA like CAT or MAT. Good Luck.
