    What are the entrance exams to be written for MBA course? What are the top colleges for MBA in Mumbai? Do they offer any scholarship?

    I am in T.y.b.com.
    I just wanted to know what are entrance tests reqired to be given for MBA course?
    And when are these held?

    CAT BASIC PATTERN
    1.Verbal Ability
    2.Reading Comprehension

    7.Maths Problems

    The Management Aptitude Test or MAT is the test conducted by All India Management Testing Service for entering into MBA.

    There are five papers in MAT which is given below:


    Language Comprehension
    Mathematical Skills
    Data Analysis
    Intelligence & Critical Reasoning
    Indian & Global Environment Section
    Ther are Total Questions 200 which you have completed in 150 min.

    GMAT exam are conducted by some university and include the following section :

    Analytical Writing Assessment

    Quantitative Section
    The quantitative section consists of 37 multiple choice questions, which must be answered within 75 minutes

    Problem Solving
    This tests the quantitative reasoning ability of the examinee. Problem-solving questions present multiple-choice problems in arithmetic, basic algebra, and elementary geometry.

    Data Sufficiency
    This tests the quantitative reasoning ability using an unusual set of directions. The examinee is given a question with two associated statements that provide information that might be useful in answering the question.

    If You want to get admission in to Top Business Schools In Mumbai City,Then You have to get good percentile in CAT or MAT entrance exam then only You are allowed to pursue MBA Course in good business schools.This two are national wide entrance test.if you qualify in this test then you are eligible to apply for all the business schools in India.CAT is a common entrance test to be conducted by IIMs to get admissions in to their management programs.This is a online test and it is a national wide entrance test.Almost all the business schools in India are accepting CAT score.Appearing candidates are also very high for CAT entrance test.This test is conducted once in a year.MAT is a management aptitude test conducted by AIMA-New Delhi, to get admissions in to business schools in India.Almost all the business schools except IIMs are accepting MAT entrance test score in India.This test is conducted in two modes,on line and off line.Mostly all the candidates will go for only off line mode.This entrance test is conducted four times in a Year.i.e.February,May ,September, December etc..

    Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a 2 year master degree program.There are four types of MBA programs:

    Full time MBA lasting two years
    Part time MBA programs last 3 years:classes are usually held in the evenings
    Executive MBA programs last for two years or less and designed for working managers and executives. The participants work full time.
    Distance MBA's are usually held off campus and correspondence and through online .
