Dear Friend,

The basic eligibility for a good job in any company is minimum 60% aggregate marks in MBA, Graduation and also in SSC/HSC.

But the Graduation, SSC and HSC marks are nominal. If you can secure first class marks i.e. more than 60% marks in MBA course that is enough for getting good job in any good company. Even this if you have complete knowledge about particular field then 50also you will get good job.

After MBA the salary packages are different with their specializations. such as ;

Finance - INR Rs. 125000/- to Rs. 225000/- approximately
Marketing - INR Rs. 120000/- to 180000/- approximately
HR - INR Rs.150000/- to 300000/- approximately

The common salary range starts for every fresher student is from Rs.10000 to Rs.15000 p.m. But the fields like marketing, where salary is depends on employee hard work.
