Hello,
Dear first of all you need to look after the criteria of getting 50% marks till your last year as you are in final year now. If you fulfill it then you are able to sit for MBA entrance exam and enrolled yourself in good institutions.
MBA in HR has been gaining a lot of importance and is one of the lucrative specialized field as compared to other. It not only inducts the managerial skill in you but also enhances your ability to organize the subordinates. Who are the main assets of a company.
As far as duration is considered regular MBA in HR would take an entire 2 years for completion. All the colleges that provide regular MBA in any specialized field require the same time limit.
In case of fee structure, it depends on the type and level of college you enroll yourself. All the good and top institutes takes a amount varying from 8 lakhs to 12 lakhs. While other colleges that belong to tier-2 and is also considered good little less than top B-schools. Their fees start from 5 lakhs and can go upto 6 lakhs.
In my opinion fees is not an issue. All the institutes provide you with a bank loan which you need to repay after getting the placement. The thing you need to do is to prepare hard to get into top B-schools and carry the mark of excellence along with you.
Thank you

It is a good thing to decide yourself of what you want to be in the future and where you want to be. It is a great thing that you have decided yourself of you want to do MBA course and that too with HR specialization.
The duration of this course is 2 years. In most of the institutions, the specializations have to be chosen by the candidates in the second year of their MBA course and there will be no specializations in the first year of MBA course.
As per the fee structure, it varies from one college to other college. Generally candidates who get admission for MBA course under Management quota will have to pay high fees and it will be in lakhs.
For MBA HR candidates, while looking for job opportunities, much preference was given to female candidates.
In order to get good job in HR area, you have to be strong enough in

In many HR circles in recent years an emerging debate centers around the best course for HR Graduate Education. Someexperts argue in favor of the MBA while others retain the conviction that a HR Masters is the more appropriate path. A definitive answer to this debate depends on numerous factors for each individual. What is not debatable is that financial accumen and business knowledge are core competencies for any aspiring Chief HR Officer. CHRO's at the world's largest companies are paid millions of dollars per year for their expertise and capacity to influence bottom-line results. As far as duration is considered regular MBA in HR would take anentire 2 years for completion. All the colleges that provide regular MBA in any specialized field require the same time limit. In case of fee structure, it depends on the type and level ofcollege you enroll yourself. Also of note is that within mediacircles that rank virtually every type of graduate program imaginable -- a definitive ranking of HR Grad Programs does not exist. Rankings themselves have inherent flaws, but they do provide a guidepost for prospective students and corporate recruiters. In a previous post I provided the rankings of the top seventeen schools that offer HR graduate degrees. Some of these schools offered HR Masters, some MBA's, and some offer both.In this post I will focus only on a ranking of the HR Masters Programs.

Dear friend,
MBA is a two year program where you have to choose a subject for detailed study which is called specialization in second year. If you are interested in HR field then you can take HR as your specialization but you can finish your MBA in two years. And after that you will get the MBA degree.
Fee structure depends upon the level of the college. but average it's between 4-5 lakh.
