    There are various specialization in MBA/PGDM which mainly offered to the students and help them to grow according to their interested field.

    A Regular MBA consists of 4 semesters or 12 trimesters(Institue Specific)....spread over a duration of two years.....After completing 2 semesters,one is given an oppurtunity of choosing amongst a host of fields available for eg Human Resource,Finance,Marketing,Operations,I.t,Agricult ural management so on and so forth along with soe compulsoory subjects.....the further two semesters are dedicated to the indepth study of these fields ...these are usually referred to as specialisations

    You can Sit For CAT,XAt,MAT,SNAP or other such examminations ...information about them is available on the forum and internet...most priemiere colleges are affiliated to one of the abovementioned entrance examinations

    and it is totally depend on your interest
    I thing it will be better if you do M.tech because it is your related course
    for M.tech you have to qualify GATE exam
    if you do more then 98% score then you can get chance on IITs college

    IIT-Delhi
    IIT-mumbai

    or if you score above 96% then you can get chance on NITs college,Jadavpur University ,BESU...........

    after complete you can do job or P.Hd
