There is difference in One Year and Two Year Diploma Course in Management

Two Years Diploma Course is consider as equivalent to MBA course even if the institute is providing just diploma of the course where as One year diploma course in management course is only a diploma course.

One Year Diploma may teach student basics of management course but specialization in one field of business/commerce could be missing in such kind of courses.

MBA is best course whether the institute is offering Diploma or Degree but course should be done from recognized and reputed Institute for better career opportunities.

As you are doing BBA traditional and most popular specializations are given below

    1.Internationaltrade
    2.Marketing
    3.Human resources

You better know the difference between diploma and graduation degrees. If anyone do diploma then it is equivalent to 10+2, but diploma is a specification in a subject so any diploma holder can get job better than a 10+2 candidate. Diploma is not equivalent to graduation degree. Graduation degree is a higher degree which can be completed after 10+2 or diploma. If you have graduation degree i.e. BBA then you can go for Master's degree i.e. MBA.

But, some degrees or certificates are there in commerce field which are not equivalent to any 10+2 or graduation degrees. These certificates are only given to professional field and given to professional experience candidates like CA, CS, ICWA. These are accounting professionals certificates and its valuation is different than that of BBA, MBA, Diploma in Management etc. In finance CFA course i.e. Charted Financial Analyst is a professional degree.

In MBA there are many fields that you go for. For example the three traditional field are Finance, Marketing, HR i.e. Human Resource. You can go in these fields, if you are good in accounting then you can go in MBA Accounting. Also you can do MBA in Operation Management, IT i.e. Information Technology, Hospitality Management, Pharma etc. But, these fields are for them who have done engineering or any other science or Medicine Background. Best of luck.
