Yes Vidyasagar University is fully West Bengal State govt. university, and it is fully affiliated with UGC and dec. You can fill the form of any govt. and private jobs in the basis of this university degree. The vice-chancellor of this university is Governor of West Bengal. If any university is state govt. or central govt. then any company do not see their more affiliation but if the university is private then any company see the full affiliation that the private university is recognized by govt. of India or the degree is fake?

So, if you have done your MBA from a govt. university then without worry you have to fill the form of any entrance test. Best of luck.
