I m doing MBA from IGNOU and after completing my MBA which types of Company should i get for job whether only private or both private as well as of Govt sector.Also I would like to know about MBA degree which will be get from IGNOU is valid in both sector such as in private or in govt sector.

Indira Gandhi National Open University is a good and recognized university in India. It is a central university which is fully recognized with UGC i.e. University Grants commission and AIU, i.e. All Indian University. Also its mba is specially recognized with AICTE i.e. All India Council of Technical Education.

You are not saying in which branch i.e. stream you are doing mba i.e. finance, marketing or HR. The sectors of mba are different and you can get different types of jobs. Anyway you can get good job in each sector in private and govt. In govt. you can take the job of management trainee and you can go for the SAIL, GAIL, or other govt. sector. In private sector the degree of IGNOU is also valuable and you can take easily any job specified with your mba degree.
