Re: Suggestion about field selection for MBA after B.Tech.?

It is good to go for the higher studies after completing the bachelor degree course.Generally the students belonging from the engineering stream either go for the MBA course or they go for the M.tech course. The main reason for going towards the higher education like M.tech/MBA is to increase the salary potential as well as the posts.
As you are currently doing a job so that means you are employed. Here neither I knows nor any other know that in which post or at which package you are? This is know only by you.But It is my guarantee that after doing a master degree You will be at a better position with package.
As you are showing your interest towards the master degree course in the management area, So you can go for the MBA course. The basic eligibility for this course is to have a bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in the graduation aggregate.

As you are telling that you have completed your bachelor degree as B.tech so definitely you can do the MBA course, if you got more then 50% marks in your aggregate.

It is good to appear in the entrance examinations for getting the admission in good and reputed MBA colleges. There are many entrance examination for the MBA course, I am listing below them you can see below and can go accordingly:--
