your question is slightly unclear. AIEEE is the entrance exam for admission into engineering colleges all over india (for your B.E. or B.Tech degree). you can take admission into an MBA college only after you have completed your graduation in any discipline or are in the final year of the same.
if you are talking about dropping a year and giving AIEEE again then please keep the following things in mind : study in an extremely disciplined manner. studying a full year on your own is a tough task and requires a high amount of dedication. i would suggest that you join a test series or something on those lines so that you stay on a schedule.
also talk to some seniors or somebody who has dropped a year before taking this decision.
research regarding the colleges you shall get with your present score and see how good they are.

after you complete your graduation or are in the final year you can apply for various entrance exams for admission into MBA colleges ( CAT, SNAP, XAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT ).

    All the best

    Hi

Your question is not very clear.
I guess you are getting enrolled for b.Tech+MBA via your AIEEE marks (which is 30 this year)
I would advice you not to go for such course as of now as its a very very new course.
B.Tech and M.Tech can be linked and understood, but B.Tech and MBA cant be linked.
Doing such course may land you in trouble.

Either you go for only B.Tech college (with out MBA)
Or you can go for a year drop and prepare well.

    All the best
