You are MBA in Finance and also not belong to commerce stream till you completed your graduation.

You must have gain knowledge of commerce and finance in MBA in Finance , now to enhance the finance knowledge you must do ICWAI course.

Company Secretary provides expertise in legal aspects & matters which could be entire different for you to study.

CWA institute provides expertise in Cost & Management Accountancy and you would find some subjects and concepts similar to MBA in Finance .

The course trained you in accounting, cost and management audit and tax function.

There are 3 stages in ICWAI
