MY friend MBA in H.r is as good as Other specialisation ....if you really have an inclination towards this field you should definitely go for it without any inhibitions .....An MBA in H.R from a preimiere institute like XLRI,XIB,IIMs,FMS,TISS can give your carrer an unimaginable boost...provided you have the calliber for it....Human Resource is a vast and dynamic field which deals with the most crucial resource of the organisation ...i.e the manpower....be it any department say finance, marketing, shop floor ...all of this is composed of "people"..go where your heart lies....analyse

    Hi:
to your query, let me answer you in this way; of course experience let you learn many things which you wont be able to learn while studying

you can get the books related to Labour Laws and read it or else if you want to be a professional in this then you can go ahead with Labour Law studies which you can do part time as well and this degree can help you in being a Legal HR advisor rather than only HR Manager
First decide what you want to do whether you want to continue and go ahead with more degrees or you want to start your career in the market

if you really want to continue your studies as one of our HR's told, there are plenty of courses to do but that can be done when you are working as well

what i can advise you is to look for a better place where you can earn some knowledge what you have learnt in college and simultenously you can go ahead with further studies as well

    Thanks

    dear friend,

if you want to do the MBA course then you can go for these course and on thing i want today you that don't listen to any one only do that thing which is best for you. you can think that what is better for you.
the HE stream in the MBA is a good stream. you can make your future very best. in this stream you need some good english command. because you can see in th companies that the interviewers are the HR from the MBA. they speak the full engllish.
so please make the best command on the english language.

so please you can go for this stream
    best of luck.

You should definitely go for HR if you are interested to manage the most important resource of a company, i.e. the employees. It will give you a good career boost. You will grow as a person and as a proffessional. You will interract with a lot of people. So go for it!
