Hi.cat stands for common admission test and it is a exam conducted by iims for admissions to their pgdm i.e mba programme .currently their are 13 iims and other top level institutes accepting cat scores are fms delhi ,department of management studies of iits, mdi gurgoan ,imt ghziabad ,s.p jain mumbai .etc.currently cat is conducted online .it is not possible to have the question paper.but you can give mock test to feel the test at coching centres like ims , time .etc or you can buy them from markets.regards and all the best
