MBA is the Management line Degree and if you will get this then it means you want to go for the Management field. If you have done B.E. then you can take the jobs in Techical field or engineering field. There are many jobs in the engineering field even in the govt. area. But if you want to get the Management degree then you can do MBA. But in this field you will fully get rid of your engineering degree.

If you want to go for MBA in HR field then it is good field for you. But if you want to go for HR field only for you cannot go in Marketing field then one another option is there for you. You can do MBA in Operations managment. In this field you can use your Engineering degree too.

MBA in Operations management is specially designed for Engineering student. In this you will be Production Manager in any company. MBA in Operations management or Production management is the field in which you have to manage, design and control the Process of Production. If you belong to Electronics field then you will Control the Process in which electronics products are made in the company.

This field also not belong to Marketing field and you will work inside the company on only for Products. You are an engineer so you can easily understand the nature of Product.

But if you still want to go for the HR field then this will also good for you. In the HR department you will go for Staff Selection in any company. This field is also suit you but after all your decision is to go for what HR field or Operations management field. Best of luck.
