    Which projects are very challenging and wide area if opted for HR specialization?

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am presently a MBA student and opted HR as a specialization for the current semester.interested to do summer internship project in HR area, Which is very challenging and wide area. so i required your help to start my project in the same area.



    Requested you to provide with some hints ,where to do project in HR in orissa.

    Dear Mr Priyaranjan Mallick,

    I would like to suggest you to undertake your summer internship in any reputed HR Consultancy House, OK. First of all that
    will give you good policy and procedural exposure for you. Secondly, you will have the opportunity to read / participate in
    real-time HR consultancy firm operations.

    Thirdly, you being in HR field always needs to be perfect in all policies, SoPs-Standard Operating Procedures, Knowing and
    dissecting many caselets and their successful solutions derived by that consultancy firm. OK. I think you can have clear
    idea about all from the basic level. The other option for you is that join any consultancy services as a recruiter (india/international)
    either one. OK. This will also give you clear idea about staffing part of the HR operations and strategies.

    Lastly, for your MBA Project, I have two titles especially for you, they are:-

    1. The Changing Role of an Human Resources to Human Relations and HR Business Partner
    in the success and interest of an organisation.

    2. Is the role of HR is limited in IT& ITES organisations and many HR responsibilities were
    converted in to software controlled environment, comparison with HR Role in Manufacturing Unit is growing.

    3. The Social Media & Facebook and LinkedIn, how the user activities can be judged to accept or reject
    for employment in any an organisation.

    Above topics are just written but you can always change or can take the concepts of them, and also
    you need to collect Primary Data as well as lot of Secondary Data in the selected topic/area. OK
