All the Reputed Institutions consider students who have more than 2 years of work experience over the fresher students

for admission of MBA course into their college provided they have also performed well in all the stages of selection.

Students must gain at least 2 years work experience before apply for MBA course.

Below 2 years experience candidate are treated as fresh candidates.

As those candidates who have the experience have better understanding skills because of the work experience.

They can understand the concepts of MBA better than the fresh graduates.

The candidate who have work experience also represent them self better in campus interview and may get the better jobs as compare to the others.

It is not that students do not go other way round.

They can go either way to do MBA course.

If they go for MBA straightaway after graduation than also they have better job opportunities for than they would have after just Engineering.

Students can go for MBA Course either way.
