Yes you can do CS while MBA from Punjab University. Company Secretary is the course which is also available in Correspondence course too. You can see it in the site of ICSI the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, which also provide the CS course as the Correspondence course. If you are doing your MBA through regular basis then also you can do it from ICSI.

There are three programmes in this course, Foundation, Executive, Professional and the training. The eligibility criteria for the foundation course is 10+2 from the recognized board, but since you are Graduate so you can go directly to executive course without passing the foundation course. But the only way to enter in Professional you have to pass the Executive course. After that you have to go for the training. For view the full details click here

    • Yes, definately it's possible to pursue the company secretary (CS) course which is organised by the ICSI.
    • This course states a three stages which is necessary to complete in order to get CS degree.
    • First is foundation course, secondly it is executive course and at last proffesional course.
    • Since you have already completed graduation then you will be exempted from giving foundation course.
    • And you will get the direct entrance into the Executive course.
    • You must age be above 17 years.
    • You must also need to undergo a practice training of 15 months.
