Hi.friend india is the hub of world I.T business and also there is lot of demand of it professionals in industry.so my suggestion to you is that you should go for mca as it is a complete degree which will equip you with necessary skills and knowledge to stand up in it industry .after completing your mca you will have opportunities to work with companies like wipro, tcs, hcl, infoyses, etc .as for mba you can do it through correspondence mode while doing you job.regards and all the best

Re: MCA or MBA in HR or M.Sc. in Computer Science after B.Sc.?

Since you have mentioned your combination in this way, then my question to you is that, Is your course an honors one or not. The chances are that you are not from an honors degree. Then M.Sc. will never be a possibility for you. M.Sc. in Computer Science will require a proper B.Sc. in computer science honors. But M.Sc. will not be a right decision also from job perspective. So now you are left with MCA and MBA. Since you are from B.Sc. genre, and you consider M.Sc. as a possibility, so my suggestion to you will be to go for MCA. From your query it does not seem that management is your inclination at all. If it is, then for sure you can go for CAT or MAT or JMET or GMAT or CMAT. If you clear any such admission test, then you will have to go for the next round of interview to get shortlisted for the MBA program.

Now, in my opinion, you must go for MCA. If you go for a regular college MCA, then you will have to go through entrance examinations and after that one or two rounds of interviews. Also you can go for distance MCA. There no entrance examination is taken. Candidate is taken on the basis of his or her marks in the graduation. You can join IGNOU MCA, which is the best distance MCA institute. You can call at their Kolkata study center at 033-2281 0964. You can directly enroll for this course by filling the forms from www.ignou.ac.in. The course is divided into 6 semesters. In the last semester, you need to do a project, that will help you with your job. All the best.
