hi..if you are working in an company and have signed any bond then there may be an compulsion from the company that you have to pay the amount mentioned in the bond before leaving the company before the completion of the bond period , otherwise they may not give you the experience certificate which is so important for you in the future and also getting an admission in the post graduation course ,other than this there may not be any other legal issues which can arise from the company on leaving the job ,
also before leaving the job you have to inform the employer your plan of leaving at least a month in advance and handover all the projects in your control in an detailed and planned manner by the time you leave the company otherwise you may loose two months of your salary ,if there is no bond signed then joust an notice about the plan of leaving will do and there will be no need to pay ant fines as like in case of signing an bond ,
many companies are also willing to give educational leaves to the employees and you can try to find whether such an provision is there in your company or not ,if its there then you can avail this condition and hence not pay the bond breaking fine if you have signed the bond with that company but in that case you have to rejoin your present company after the completion of your higher studies in an position which they think fit for you after the completion of the course ,some times they give good position and some times they give an position which i quite small to your education ,

    Hello'
    friend

you have asked to tell that which stream is good to select after completing the civil enginearing.

In an M.B.A as per my advice al the streams are good but you can take decision to choose any of the stream .

there are various streams in an M.B.a, some of them are as follows with there explanation.
1)HRM-----HRM means ‘human resourse management’. In this there are there are 3 steps for selection of a candidate.
a)First one is to access the needs of candidates.
b)second is to call candites required.
c)third and last is to select the candidates with required skills.

2)Marketing---In marketing the goods and the services are marketed by the marketing manager.
a)in this firstly the market area is to be find out.
b)then goods are sold and services are rendered.

3)Finance---In this the financial requirements are taken care of.
The finance department prepares its accounts from time to time.

4)Retail management—Ina retail management the stock of goods managed properly.
Retail management involves storing, warehousing and selling the surplus stocks.

5)Banking—In banking the various accounts of clients are made.
In banking business there is money given as loan and also withdrawl of money is done.

6)Insurance—In the insurance business there are policies made of various customers.

7)International business-------In the international business there are various points which decides the fate of a business with the clients of other countries.

These are political stability or instability in a country, availability of infrastructure facilities, easy available raw materials etc.
    Best of luck.
    Thank you.
