These above two dept more over suits to you career .

    Operational Research

Basically if you wants to study in operational you must know maths knowledge being EEE student You must had learn lot of maths from B.E (EEE) dept it's all about Inventory Control ,Management ,Stock Verified ,Find a Shortest path excursion .etc.......

    HR

These field is common field to every one know about this Dept most of the Experience people .Who came from unrelated business dept candidate used to study HR .It's need experience with good communication skills and presentation skills .so would you choose this dept .you could go with you career line also .

    Dear Friend,

MBA in Operation or System will be the best option for you to do,as there are no other specilization for you which will suits.

You are really interested in changing line from engineer to MBA than do Full Time MBA from good college.

You should prepare for entrance exam and crack any one of CAT, MAT and CET entance exam with good percentile in order to get admission in Good/Reputed colleges.

    Best of Luck!!!

Re: MBA specialization suitable for Electrical engineers?

    Hello My Dear Friend,

In My Opinion MBA in Human Resource Management is the good decision for Electrical Engineers. In This Field You will be having good scope to get good opportunities in the Good Companies.Almost in all the companies You can find opportunities for Human Resource Management Specialization.Without Human Resource Department it is not possible to run their Daily activities in any company. So You can happily go for this specialization. But You must be having following skills to take this specialization.

    Good Management Skills,
    Excellent communication Skills,
    Verbal Skills,
    Leadership Skills,
    Problem Solving Skills,
    Logical Thinking,
    Listening Skills etc.

In Human Resource Department You should not show any partiality to any employee. My Suggestion is try to do MBA in HR in the Good Business Schools where You will be having scope to get good opportunities in the top companies.

Top 10 Business Schools in India:

    1. Indian Institute Of Management (IIM)
    2. Xaviour Labour Research Institute-Jamshedpur
    3. Indian School Of Business-Hyderabad
    4. Faculty Management Studies-University of Delhi
    5. Jamnalal Bajaj Institute Of Management Studies-Mumbai

    8. Managemnet Development institute (MDI)-Gurgaon
    9. Xavior institute Of Management-Bhubaneswar

All the above Business Schools are accepting CAT Score.CAT is a Common Admission Test Conducted by IIMs to get admission in Various IIMs in India. Almost all the top business schools in India are accepting CAT Score.
