    Dear Friend,

After completing B.S.C.IT, MBA in IT (Information Technology) and as well as MCA is
the best option to do it from good college.

For MBA-Minimum Criteria is that you should score minimum of 50 percent
of passing marks in B.S.C.IT graduation.

you need to give entrance exam and crack any one of CAT, MAT and
CET entance exam with good percentile in order to get admission
    in Good/Reputed colleges.

For MCA -you need to give entrance exam and crack entance exam with good percentile in order to get admission
    in Good/Reputed colleges.

As you have done BSC.IT, you should go with MCA.

    Best of Luck!!!!

    Dear friend,

If you are not well versed with programming languages then you should not choose MCA because you will have to study programming languages and your future career will be entirely based on how good you are in programming

You should go for an MBA degree in Systems or Human Resource.

If you want to continue your skills in technical field then you can go for Systems management.
If you are good in communication you should go for HR.

Both the specialisations have a lot of scope inoterms of career and job prospects.

So work hard and you will succed in future.

    Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
