    Dear friend....

Don't worry , According to me ,IF you have good knowledge of Programming skills ,and have good technical knowledge Then you can go for MCA , MCA is better for you after BCA, After MCA you can get good job easily with good salary package.

But other way is , if you have not programming skills but have good communication or market knowledge then you can go for MBA, after MBA you can get good job if you have ability.

    MBA or MCA after BCA:
    • both are good courses only
    • but when taken into present trend when compared to MCA MBA is having high demand
    • better job opportunities are there for MBA students if really you perform well in this field
    • as you said that you have completed your graduation in BCA so i suggest you to take MCA rather than taking the course which you dont have any idea about it(MBA)
    • MCA means master of computer applications
    • MBA means master of business administration
    • As soon as completed your bachelor of computer applications if you are interested then go for higher studies such as MCA and gain the knowledge completely so that you can have full grip on it and proceed in your life
    • But if you want to do MBA and if you think that you can cope up then take teh MBA course (2 year course ) after completion of your graduation by writing the entrance test such as CAT,XAT,MAT,ATMA,CMAT,GMAT etc
    • and get good percentile and choose the best top B SChool and required stream that you want to take
    • Both will be having equal opportunities if you do well in your respective subjects and if you come from a good reputed university or college
    • as you said if you really want to take MBA then go to good coaching center or practice the mock tests by referring to standard text books or by practising through the online tests then definitely you can get good good score to attain into top B Schools
    hope the information helps you..........

Re: MBA or MCA after BCA?

    Hello dear

Both are good courses only to pursue

But Now a days people are giving importance to the management criteria

    MBA _master of business administration

    MCA -master of computer applications

    BCA -bachelor of computer applications

after completion of BCA it is better if you choose MCA

IT is better if you take in higher studies the same course that you have taken in graduation level so that you can gain more knowledge from the course you have taken basic onwards

but where as when coming to MBA part it is basically depend upon the administrative part and more over for this kind of job we have to be very thorough in our aims to get into the institution

then it will be possible to achieve success in the course we have taken

when compared MCA ,MBA is having higher job prospects

but if you keep full effort even from the core also you can gain more benefit and achieve your goals

Basing upon your interest it depends

otherwise if you want to pursue both the management and computer skills then it suggestible to choose MBA with IT stream and lead your course happily

The companies such as both public and private offer this course and more over companies such as TCYS,INFOSYS,Microsoft,IBM etc offer job opportunities in this field.

    BEst of luck.......

Re: MBA or MCA after BCA?

Soon after the completion of BCA
course, I suggest you to join in job
    opportunity rather than going for
    higher studies.
But do this if you get any good job
    opportunity by the time you
    complete your BCA course. Don't
leave higher studies for the sake of
job that you got in ordinary
    company after completion of BCA
    course.
But its better to join in job
opportunity if you got placement in
    MNCs after completion of BCA
    course.
As far as higher studies, if you are
    interested to pursue your Post
    Graduation with technical related
stream, then better to go for MCA
course. In current scenario, IT is in
    good boom.
    Candidates who have completed IT
    related courses are being better
paid by many organizations in these
    days.
In contrast to this, if you are
    interested to pursue your higher
    studies in management related
courses, then better to opt for MBA
    course.
MBA course is in good demand these
    days. MBA candidates are having
plenty of job opportunities in variety
    of business sectors.
The admission to both these courses
is being given on the basis of
    performance in the entrance exam.
For MCA course, better you can
    prepare for
    -NIMCET
    -TANCET exams etc.
For MBA, you can prepare for
    -CAT
    -MAT
    -GMAT
    -SNAP exams etc.
Whatever the course you are going
to join for, gain good subject
    knowledge and acquire
    communication skills.
These are going to play a vital role
    in getting good job opportunity.
    Wish you all the best.
