It surly depends on what u r interested in. You can either choose M.tech or MBA, according to your choice and excellence in the subject.
It also depends on the aim you have made for your life, if u want to be a Professor. in gud college, u should do M.tech, bt if you want to be an manager, earn good descent salary. Then MBA is suited for you.
As per market, today the best course is MBA, and also a good course to start life with. But if you want to have your enginneer tag along with you and have passion in engineering you can go for M.tech.
So, it wholly and solely depends on you what to choose.
Have a nice day.

B.Tech is the Technical degree and if you want to be in the Technical field then you should do M.Tech. You have chosen the Technical Degree and if you don't want to be in it then why you have chosen this. But if you now want to go for the MBA then you can do MBA in the Operation Management. Operations management is the stream which is specially designed for the B.Tech students. Most of the engineering students do MBA in operations management because in this they can use their B.Tech degree education also.
Operations management is the stream in which you have to go for the oversee, design and control the process of Production. Means you can do job as the Production Manager in any company. You have to control the Process in which the production is going on. Since you are an engineer then you can know better the nature of the product. Best of luck.
