    hi...dude

now a days, mba got good craze, but since you have worked in core,by the end of your btech, you may develop interest in core side,so better decide in 3rd year of btech, then you can make good decision, but whatever may be your further decision, better start preparing english, start reading editorials and novels regularly,it will help you to develop your personality skills as well as english skills.

in my opinion btech + mba will definitely help in reaching great heights in any company,,,but don't do the things out of your interest,at present there are lot of public sector jobs through gate,so think what are your interests and then proceed.

Hi friend, my suggestion is to go with B.tech first as you are in core field. And then you can pursue M.tech instead of MBA as you the work experience in core field so the salary will be high. If you are interested and enjoying the work in your core field then opt for M.Tech or else go with MBA. Each and everyone will guide you in different path only you can decide your own path which you are very comfortable.

If you are planning to go with MBA try to develop the following skills:
    1.Communication skills
    2.Leadership skills
    3.Managerial skills etc...

You first identify your strength and weakness by preparing the checklist then finalize your course accordingly.

Both courses are good and master course you can apply for any course .both course

you apply after complete graduation. You must be Indian citizenship. You can give a

GATE exam if you want get admission MBA best college .You can apply after complete

B.tech .I suggest you M.tech because B.tech student eligible for M.tech exam and after

complete M.tech you get a best job .M.tech is a 2 year course and its a technical course.

M.tech is a good course and must be doing very well study. You get a best college

government college.GATE exam tough so prepare well and after crack exam many

company give you best job .You must be good marks in M.tech degree and than

after job you get a good package of salary.

    Good luck

Since you are working in core company, it would be preferable to do M.Tech. as you are more inclined towards technical field.
But if you are more interested then only go for MBA. Otherwise the suggestion would be to go for M.Tech.
    All the best.
