you should pursue an MBA in biotechnology if you wish to enter the corporate sector in the biotech field. you need to have good leadership skills and entrepreneurial skills to do well in this field. to pursue an MBA in india you shall need to give one or all of the following exams - CAT, SNAP, XAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT.
to pursue an MBA abroad you will have to give an entrance exam called GMAT.
M.Sc would be suitable if you wish to study the subjects you have studied so far in your graduation. after an M.Sc a lot of job opportunities open up in the teaching sector, specially in private coaching institutes.
    take an informed decision.

    all the best

mba means master of business administration
    m.sc means master of science
according to my opinion it is better to do m.sc in biotechnology rather than in mba because you have the knowledge of b.sc in biotechnology so it will be easy for you to study for higher studies.mba is entirely different for this we need good communication skills ,administrative skills, management skills, quest of knowledge ,etc
where as in b.sc in biotechnology it deals with biology and technology that is useful in indutries in hospitals required for the patients mostly.now a days it is very useful.in my opinion both are good courses but the thing is how we use it and we are utilising it for the present scenario thats it.since you said that you have knowledge of the b.sc biotechnology it is better to take m.sc biotechnology as mba is entirely differnt stream and you will feel difficulty in facing it as you dont have any idea about .even though if you think that you want to do mba and if you are interested then search for the topics that will be available for the exam and qualify it enter into groupdiscussions and personal round and show your talent and get good admission in good university and prefer the stream that you are intersted in and go for one or two year course for the better prospects.
