It is good to see that you are pursuing the B,com course as well as teaches the students.

MBA and M.com both are the good master degree course. The scope of both courses are good in their own fields.Dear aspirant the main reason to attain the master degree course is to increase the salary potential as well as post.
Going for any course varies for every person.Since choosing any course is depend upon ones own interest as well as personal liking. One can choose the course on the basis of his/her way of easiness and convenience.

Dear aspirant if you think that you are interested in the business and administration sector and want to develop your future in the management area then you can go for the MBA course.

But if you think that you are not interested in this area then you may continue your studies in the same area simply by opting the M.com course.

The decision is depend upon you and on your interest so think carefully and deeply before any decision.Your decision may change your life so be careful before your decision.

Re: MBA or M.Com. after B.Com.?

    B.com means Bachelor in Commerce.

    M.com means Masters in Commerce.

    MBA means Masters in Business.

M.com is further step after B.com.

    MBA is different field.

But both are related with business and commerce.

So there is good similirity between both streams.

M.com will be good option after B.com if you do not have reason of doing MBA after B.com.

If you have any good reason for doing MBA the MBA is also good stream.

Re: MBA or M.Com. after B.Com.?

If you are in interested in teaching line than you should opt for M.COM
Complete your M.Com and in your M.COM you should try to get minimum aggregate of 55% marks.

After completing you M.COM you can apply for the UGC-NET Exams
If you clear the UGC NET exams than you would be eligible to apply for the Asst Professor job in colleges

Eligibilty to apply for the UGC-NET exams are:
Post Graduation pass with minimum 55% marks for the General and OBC candidates
minimum 50% marks for the SC/ST candidates

NET exams are conducted two times each year.

But if you are not interested in Teaching line and want to work in corporate filed than you should do an MBA degree.

For this you have to appear in the MBA written tests like:
    CAT
    XAT
    MAT
    SNAP

Re: MBA or M.Com. after B.Com.?

In my opinion i choose m.com rather than MBA after completion of my b.com because we already have some type of idea on what we have to do in that particular subject so it will become easy for you to go for m.com and choose better career.even MBA is also better if we have interest but as you have some basics i n bba so it is good to choose m.com rather than mba.the qualification for both mba and m.com is degree and we should have the aggregate of 505 in mba when compared with m.com we don't have any such type of restrictions.
