IIM conduct CAT - Common Admission test as entrance test for admission in MBA and you can apply for this test on the basis of your graduation and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply but must have more than 50% marks in bachelor's degree and 45% marks for SC/ST category candidates
Qualifying in CAT entrance test is compulsory to get admission in IIM for MBA and must be scored more than 98% marks in CAT entrance test for sure selection but some of the branches of IIM accept more than 95% marks in CAT also and must have more than 80% marks in 10th and 12th class and also in graduation if you wants your sure selection and should have at least 2 years or working experience in any type of industry

It totally depends upon you that whether you want to do MBA in India or in Abroad because its up to you and your choice and interest.You can complete your MBA at any where which you want.
According to my point of view,abroad is much better than India because in foreign countries the facilities are mush more than the India.So you can go for it but if you want.No one force you.
Otherwise there are so many good colleges and universities for MBA in Indian also and you can get an admission in those by cracking the entrance exams for them.There are different entrance exams for different colleges.
