Re: MBA in Finance or MBA in HR after BAF?

    Hi friend,

I assume that BAF means bachelors in accounting and finance.

Yes it is true that MBA Finance will e more comfortable for you, but you can choose HR if you are interested in HR.
There are many engineers, science graduates who choose HR as specialization, so doing MBA-HR after accounting/finance degree is not a big issue. Your interest matters more than your background.

Go ahead with your choice. There are lots of job opportunities and bright future for HR students. Just make sure that when you apply for job you are able to explain why you selected HR as specialization and what you learn in the course.

As you are just in 1st year, you have lots of time to prepare for entrance tests like CAT, CMAT, XAT etc. Start preparing from second year itself.
Well known colleges for HR areWish you luck..
