Obviously CS i.e. Company Secretary course has the good valuation and opportunity for the good and high pay scale Job. After doing CS course you need not to do efforts for taking the job. Mainly CS has the high managerial job opportunity in which the MBA candidate should have the lot of job experience to find it. There are three stages in the CS course to do it, Foundation course, Executive course, Professional course. You are since graduate then you can go for the Executive course directly without passing the foundation course. But the only way to go for the Professional course is to pass the executive programme.

After passing the professional programme you have to go for the training and then you can get the CS course degree. If you want then you can do both CS and MBA. CS is the correspondence course so you can do MBA through regular course. Best of luck.
