in my opinon choosing the m.b.a is the best option because you had completed your b.com .it means some basic you know about the computers so by taking mba you will be able to apply on it which would be more useful .if you are interested in mba that is business side thn it is adviced for you to go into business administration.where as in ca alot of dedication shuld be there to pss the subjects.you said tht you have passed the b.com that is not at all related to the ca course again you have put the complete interest inorder to grasp the subject regarding ca.any way if you think that i can do ca without any difficulty then you can do it but in my opinion it is better if you choose mba by taking entrance exams like cat, mat, atma, xmat, etc to have a better career if you are interested in business side.

    Dear Friend,

Both the courses are excellent and
    both have bright future.

CA stands for Chartered Accountant .
CA course runs under the rules and guidelines of ICAI.
ICAI- Institute if Chartered Accountancy of India.

Your decision is in your hands.
CA course takes minimum time of 4 years to become CA.

Rather , MBA completes in two years .

If you have more talent and interest , so please go for CA course.

The structure of the course as follows:

As per the new guidelines of ICAI , a graduate can skip CPT foundation program and can directly enter into IPCC course..

    All The Best..

    hi.....
I think you should concentrate on your CA and try to get 1st division in B.Com.

There are number of opening for CA/ICWA students in banking sector and they offer gud package too, you can think about MBA after clearing CA u can also do MBA with your job from Distance Learning.

    All tthe Best...
