yes there are plenty of jobs in the market.

There are many job opportunities for Biotechnologist in government labs such as CCMB, CDFD, IBAB, CDRI etc. Some of the major companies, which hire biotechnologists, are Biocon India Ltd., Thaparwww ww Group, Indo American Hybrid Seeds, Hindustan Lever, IDPL etc. So choosing biotechnology as carrier would be good option.

A very good way of earning a job in Biotechnology is knowing the right people in the industry.

Bangalore India Bio Summit which is India's biggest annual Biotech show is a great way to meet people in the industry, build contacts and network with biotech professionals.

It's a 3 day program of Knowledge Exchange and Business networking.

Every year the summit sees the congregation of institutions, individuals and students from across every segment of the Biotechnology and Life Sciences Industry from around the world.

It is going to be held on Feb 4 - 6 2013.
