First of all you have to think that you just now want a technical job field or Managerial job field. There are many jobs in govt. also for the technical department and also for MBA. If you will do MBA then you will go for the Management trainee jobs in the SAIL, BHEL, FCI, DVC etc. company. For technical department i.e. for the Engineering department these companies also have good jobs.

If you want to go for the govt. jobs then it will also good option for you. You can go for it with your engineering degree. Also if you want a Master Degree then you can go for M.Tech degree with your job. You can do it from distance learning. And if you don't want any more Technical degree then MBA is good option for you.

If you want to go for Management jobs also in govt. job then MBA is the good option. You can also do it from distance learning. You can also be in your current job and go for MBA through distance learning. In my opinion you should go for MBA and choose Operations management Stream in it.

MBA in Operations management is specially designed for Engineering students. In this you will be Production manager and you will control the process of Production in any company.
In this your engineering degree will help you. You can then go for the private or govt. jobs in this basis. You have job experience and you can go for any company with MBA. You can apply for SAIL, BHEL for the recruitment. Govt. jobs are always the good option. Best of luck.

    Hi.............,

If you are financially sound and have time then ----->
    * You can try for the GATE preparation .
    * I mean that if you will do M.tec it will be good.
    * This will even fetch you more better jobs.

If you have less time to devote and age is above 26 and not financially fit then ---->
    * Gain experience in industry.
    * May try for the Government jobs.
    * Gaining experience may evaluate your job.

    Thanks

    Hi

you marks are ok. Since you want to go for higher education first try to consider which field you want to go for.
Spend some time and try to analyse which would be best for you or where you want to yourself after few years
    MBA is a good option.
    on
Dont worry about placement. Once you get into management college, its placement would depend on your work ex (if you are going in same sector) and your knowledge gain in two year.

    All the best

    Hi Kumar,

See,to be honest I will suggest you to go for Higher studies.
As far as it is concerned, you can go for either MBA or M.Tech.

See,it entirely depends upon your interest.
If you think that 4 years of B.Tech have made you a fan of Engineering, then you should go for M.Tech.
You can do M.Tech in Embedded Systems or VLSI Designs.

But if 4 years were more than enough for you, then you can try your hand at MBA.
But make sure that you have interest in management.
MBA is not so easy to do.
You have to work hard to get into a good MBA college.
So start preparing for it form now!

And having experience on your side will help you when you look for jobs after doing your higher studies.

So you have a very bright future!

Go grab all those opportunities that come your way!

    Bye!
