The Group Discussion and Interview - This stage of the process is held between February and March for most of the institutes. GDs and PIs are undertaken to check a candidates personality traits. Personality traits being checked in a GD are Group Behaviour, Awareness, Communication skills, Reasoning ability, Flexibility, Leadership, Assertiveness, Initiative, Confidence, Creativity to name a few. An interview can be broadly categorized into Personal Interview and Group Interview. In a Group Interview, apart from the parameters mentioned above, a candidate is also checked on his analytical ability.

Hello friend
Different colleges have different admission process as well as fees structure such as
ADMISSION PROCESS
1 Written Test
This seeks to test the aptitude of the candidates in four major areas -
Verbal Ability,
Reading Comprehension,
Quantitative Ability and
Business Data Interpretation.
2 Group Discussion & Interview
3 Other Rounds:
IIM Bangalore also has a test on essay writing.
SP Jain Mumbai has a Group Interview.
XLRI Jamshedpur only has an Interview and no GD.
FMS Delhi also has an extempore speech as a part of the selection process.
So you need to see the college criteria you want to take admission and then take the steps as suggested.
Thanks
