Dear if you are going to enter in the medical stream after completing your BDS - Bachelor's of Dental Surgery then you have taken a very good decision of your life and it's really good for your career in medical stream but dear i would like to say that if you really wants very much and huge opportunities after completing hospital administration course then you should choose MBA in Hospital Administration on the place of Diploma in relevant subject because the Diploma would be completed in one year and it has very less syllabus than MBA in that subject but if you choose MBA then you would get complete study about the Medical Administration and you would also complete your Internship after this so that your knowledge would be huge about this because of 4 semesters and 2 years course and it is really demanded in each and every hospitals in both government and private sectors and firstly you may become and Assistant Compounder or Assistant Doctor in the Hospital and some of the others posts are also you may get and as you know that medical stream is very huge about scope so that choose MBA

    All the best
