    M.TECH OR MBA

    Choose M.Tech Instead of MBA

because as if now you are doing b.tech m.e so you might know more about technical parts .why are you wasting

those knowldege ..why don't you go to m.tech where you could learn more knowledge about technical ,and then go to

some good company for 2 or 3 yrs experience ..and then come to MBA course ,,,once you finished mba with the above

format your package would be more higher.

    ELIGIBILITY

Graduation must be 50% from recognized institutions

    Crack entrance exam cat/ mat

Thank you for the reply Bhavesh Dabgar. I would like to share my own experience. I'm going to be a graduate in Chemical engineering and it is after pursuing my B.tech that i realised i'm not meant for it and this is the reason i've decided to change my career from technical to management. Not only me but there are thousand other people who realise after they are in engineering that if they would have gone for some other course they would have exceled in many fold times. This is general problem jut wanted to share with a senior member.
    Thank you.

Is M tech better of MBA after B tech.

M tech and MBA both are good courses and have their own values.
M tech and MBA both are differ from each other. As both are master degrees and 2 years course but they have difference that M tech is a technical course whereas MBA is management course.

After B tech most of the students prefer the m tech course it is good course and have many scopes also.
No doubt MBA has also many scopes after that you will get good job in many companies and also get good salary package.

M tech is related to technical field and B tech is also related to technical field then it is good to do M tech because it is related to your field.
For the M tech you have to give the exam of GATE. After clear the exam of GATE you will get admission in good college for the M tech.
It is a good course and it has many scopes after that you will get a better job as compare to after B tech and also after MBA. And you will also get good salary package.

MBA is also a good course. It is a management course. If you want to do MBA then you should do MBA in technology. It is best for you it is related to your field.
For the MBA here are some entrance exams:
    CAT
    MAT
    JMAT
    GMAT
    SNAP
    IGNOU
    SNAP

You can apply for anyone for the MBA.
As you are a B tech student then I think it is best for you to do M tech. it has more scope as compare to the MBA.
So it depends on you what you want to do for your bright future.

MBA and M.tech both are the master degree courses with the duration of two years. The scope and the opportunities of both the courses are good in their own fields.

Dear aspirant if you think that you are interested in the business world and want to bright your in the Management sector then it will be good for you to opt the MBA course. But if you think that you,are not interested in this field then you can continue your studies in the same area in which you are currently pursuing i.e. you can go for the M.tech course..However the decision is depend on you.Think before your decision and take your decision carefully.

Re: Is M.Tech better or MBA after completing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering?

    dear student
an M.tech is better suited is you have a lot of interest in the field of mechanical engineering and wish to pursue it further. also an M.tech would really be helpful if you wish to enter the field of teaching.
on the other hand an MBA is better suited if you wish to join the corporate world and see yourself in a managerial position one day.
so all in all it depends on what you are good at and which field you wish to enter.
    hope the answer helped
