    Job prospects after MBA in Hospital management in India and other countries? Difference between Hospital and Health care management?

    Sir i finised bsc nursing and iworked as a staff nurse for last 2years now i join mba hospital management course.i need to known job career in india and other countries and i want know different between hospital and health care management

    HI..the hospital management course is to basically cater the needs for the middle level administrative in the field of hospitals ,generally in the olden days these functions would have been performed by an senior doctor of the hospital but as the need for professional care and also the standards of the hospitals increased it increasingly became for the doctor to perform the dual role of management and doctors and hence there came the need of trained hospital management professionals.
    Generally the hospital management course offers the graduates who wants to enter the health services sectors an insight of the managerial functions required by them to be an successful in the healthcare and the hospital sector .
    Hospital management is mainly concerned with organizing,controlling,planning,hiring,firing,prom oting,coordinating and evaluating the various health care services being given in the hospital and the communities so as to provide the most professional services to the patients and the society at the lowest possible cost with minimum number of causalities or deaths and side effects to the patients .
