I am to confused to choose one combination , tell me which is best
1 - MBA with CS
or
2 - M.com with ICWA
or
3 - M.com with CS
or
4 - MBA with ICWA
and also tell from where we can do this combination of any two subjects.

MBA with CS

In my view its a waste of time. If your ultimate aim is CS you could have done it much early by doing a parallel degree. And also in MBA if your specialization is Marketing, Finance, Operations then, the whole thing you learned in your MBA is going to be a waste coz in CS its mainly Law. So its better if you had done LLB. If your specialization is HR then there may be a little bit benefit you in CS but then also that is not required for a CS coz he is going to learn much more than that.

My suggestions are:

Mcom with ICWA
MBA Finance itself is good.
MBA(any specialization) is good itself.
CA alone.
CS alone.
