As you have done your MBA , you will be good in commerce, economics , fianacial management , and a little bit of tax also , CS and ICWAI are similar courses which contain similar subjects , so i suggest you to go for ICWAI first and once you clear icwa you can also clear CS if you are interested , CS is mainly focused on the law and finance , ICWAI focuses on cost and works accounting .
