    Hi friend,

    Minimum requirement is 50% for open category students and 45% for reserved category.
    But more marks you have better it is for you. Some institutes give certain weightage to your academics.
    e.g some IIMs give 60% weightage to CAT score and remaining 40% to academics. So if you are competing with a person who has same CAT score but better graduation mark he would get preference over you.

    Therefore more the better, otherwise 50% in enough...

    hello,only percentage of T.Y. is not appropriate the aggregate of all three years are count.The min.per. is 50% for regular and no min % is required in distance

    Normally 50% marks are required in graduation for applying for MBA entrance. However this varies from institute to institute. There is no specific cut off for admission to MBa programme. Institutes take into account your performanve in written exam, Group Discussion, your academic performance and personal interview to assess your suitability for MBa programme.
