    Hi

Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies,Mumbai (JBIMS) has a total intake of 120 seats every year out of which

70% seats are for students graduating from Mumbai university - 84 seats

15% seats are for students graduating from other universities of Maharashtra - 18 seats

15% seats are for NON MAHARASHTRIAN STUDENTS- 18 SEATS (NO caste reservation is there is these 18 seats)

These 18 All India seats are occupied by giving CAT/MAT/XAT exams which are all India exams
    .

Your equivalent score is calculated from your CAT/MAT/XAT percentile.

remember they consider 99 percentile in CAT = 99 percentile in MAT= 99 percentile in XAT

even a Maharashtra candidate can apply for those 18 seats by giving all India exams like CAT/MAT/XAT

Hello friend,Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies popularly called as JBIMS was established by The University of Bombay in the year 1965.The institute is also ranked amongst the top 25 business Schools in Asia Pacific.
It is accredited to the University of Bombay.
It provides the following streams in Regular MBA course.
    1. Marketing
    2. Finance
    3. Information System
    4. Human Resource Development
    5. Operations Management
Apart from regular mba ,it also provides EXECUTIVE MBA for the working managers.Every candidate must have passed a Bachelorís Degree examination in any stream from ny recognised university with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

    No.of seats available
JBIMS has total seats of 120 out of which 70% are reserved for MUMBAI UNIVERSITY students while 15% are kept for students passing out their graduation from other universities of Maharashtra.
Only 15 % seats are available for students from other cities. The students must have a valid score of the entrance exams that are CAT,MAT,XAT .
Because of the brand of JBIMS,there is a good competition among the students to secure a seat in this institute as records show that a ver high percentile of even 99% is accepted by the institute.
