    Dear pal,
    • Most of the universities have changed from mark system of approach to grade system . Grade system gives with a better administration and ranking way.
    • Grades are given based on the first marks secured by the aspirants in the particular degree discipline. The minimum pass percentage is fixed and it can not be changed.
    • The range between the minimum mark and the first mark is divided into ranges depending on the grade that is to be issued which is usually 6 (S, A, B, C, D, E )
    • Each grade has a particular mark assigned a particular marks out of 10 and each subject has particular credits assured to it.
    • With the Grade and credit GPA is calculated every semester exam . Grade system is better when compared to mark system and it is welcomed by students also.

    Dear Antony/Guest,

If you have secured D in theory and C grade in assignment, It means you have not completed that course, You have to reappear for that exam,
In case if you have secured D grade in theory and B grade in assignment the course will be considered as complete.
