    hello friend :

Distance learning programme will not give you the advantage like a regular MBA programme. But if you are employed then it becomes difficult to join a regular programme for 2 years. So for a employed engineer it is better to go for distance learning programme, which will allow you to do your job. And also you will gain some idea and knowledge about management which will help you and you can get some advantage of that, like you can get a promotion based on the MBA degree.

You can join a distance learning program from :

    Symbiosis institute of management.

    Ignou.

    e.t.c

There are many institutes that offer distance education or correspondence MBA degree. I would not disappoint you but the reality stands out that such degrees go in waste as the clear instruction for all the prospective employees is that they should have had a full time MBA degree. Nonetheless IGNOU and distance learning programme of DU might just be what are you looking for.

    1294,1277151966,1.jpgHello Friend,

Yes distance MBA can prove beneficial to you after completing B.Tech but in my opinion and to the best of my knowledge regular MBA(Masters of Business Administration) ismuch more beneficial to a candidate as compared to correspondence MBA or we can say MBA through correspondence mode.

MBA through correspondence mode is only opted by two types of people:

1)Firstly those who want to do a job while pursuing their MBA .2)Those who want to gain work experience in the same period.

The benefits of a regular MBA:

1)You would be able to get both practical as well as theoretical knowledge.2)The value of regular MBA is much more than MBA through correspondence. All the best............
